Secrets to Winning a Scholarship by Mark Kantrowitz

Currently Reading “Secrets to Winning a Scholarship” by Mark Kantrowitz as
recommended by Wash Post Personal Finance columnist, Michelle Singletary in her article:
"Get real on scholarships" http://ht.ly/5mSbt

We recommend buying the Kindle version of the book for $4.96. If you don't have a Kindle, no problemo. You can download the software from Amazon.com for free, then read the book on your computer. The chapters are very short, so if you don't dig reading off of a computer screen, it shouldn't bother you much.

I've skimmed several chapters thus far and the book is quite good. The author has great tips on preparing for scholarship essays and interviews.
